A Ribbon of Loss- A dedication tattoo for a lost loved one. The drawing incorporates a cancer ribon with an indigenous feather to represent the loved one's heritage and illness. The drawing includes the dates of life and death and a brief message that reads, "Until we meet again. Rest in peace Mama."

Becoming (The First Stage)- Growth doesn't always look loud or easy--it starts within. This drawing was the beginning stages of a piece named Becoming, reflecting growth in its beginning stages.

Becoming (The Second Stage)- From tangled root of our being, growth emerges quietly, first as a struggle, then as transformation. This drawing was the second stage of the Becoming piece, reflection the emergence of roots during growth.

Becoming (The Final Stage)- What once gels us down becomes the force that brings forth life, beauty, and freedom. Growth is not the absence of pain, but the art of becoming through it. This drawing was the final stage of the Becoming piece, reflecting a full new healing emergence and outpour of color.

BE THE LIFELINE, JOIN THE MOVEMENT (ARC)- This drawing is a flyer created for young people to donate and volunteer to the American Red Cross with a Call to Action and image representing core values. 

A Music Brain- This drawing was sketched out during a period of listening to music and influenced by my deep adoration for music and how it makes me feel. Music is a huge part of not only my life, but many others.

From Darkness to Light- Even in the deepest shadows, the light calls to us. This piece reflects the journey of reaching out from the grip of darkness, grasping for hope, and discovering the light is never too far away. Growth, healing, and strength are found in the courage to reach out. This drawing was an assignment that turned into a piece of expression. Created during a time where life appeared dark, I knew there was a light if I just reached out for it.

It speaks of fresh starts, resilience, and the beauty found in simple beginnings—reminding us that even the smallest growth holds the promise of something greater.
